Service Description

While situated out at The Stables at Tamaya, enhance your awareness of the environment, the horse, and yourself. Experience the natural elements while partnering with the horses to heal and grow. Gentle movements will mobilize joints and stretch muscles for greater ease in the body. Your instructor will guide you to become more present and feel grounded in the moment. One of the goals of this session is to help decrease anxiety and increase focus. Through the deep connection and partnership with the horse, you will learn mindfulness and self-empowerment. All levels welcome, but this session is perfect for beginners looking to get more comfortable with horses and mindfulness-based self-work. This offering is customized based on your needs and desires, which can include time on horseback or you can spend the entire time on the ground alongside the horses. Stretch, Ride, & Connect Wednesday’s & Saturday’s Starting Wednesday May 26 Mornings: 9am-10:30am 90 min $120 per person Yoga materials will be provided, please dress comfortably with boots/close toed shoes. Pick up will be at The Hyatt Tamaya. Capacity of 10 participants per session. Ask about private group sessions, Yoga & Horse Connection experience (work bareback with the horse after yoga), and meditative private trail rides. Booking online will require a $20 deposit. Please see our cancellation policy. We will issue refunds in the event that there is a cancelation. If you need to cancel or change your ride after you have completed booking, please contact us 24 hours prior to the ride time for a full refund of the deposit. If we do not receive your cancellation request or change at least 24 hours in advance, we will retain $25 per rider as the cancellation fee.
